Martensville Saskatchewan Canada Witch-hunt Trials

R v. Ron Sterling, Linda Sterling, Travis Sterling, James Elstad, Darryl Ford, Edward Revesz, Darren Sabourin, and John Popowich, T.S. “Young Offender”.

The Crown proceeded by direct indictment. No preliminary hearing.  T.S. was charged and tried separately from the rest of her family.  She was the first to be tried, was convicted of seven counts, and was acquitted on two counts for lack of evidence.
